About Ecoflo
Ecoflo is a leading Australian supplier of sustainable wastewater solutions, including composting toilets, greywater systems, wastewater treatment products, and modular infrastructure solutions. We are experiencing strong growth and are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Production Manager to lead our warehouse operations, production scheduling, and order fulfilment activities.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day warehouse and production operations of the business. You will oversee the assembly, production, and dispatch of customer orders while ensuring stock accuracy, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.
This role would suit an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys being actively involved on the floor, leading a small team, improving processes, and ensuring customer orders are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, stock control and dispatch.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Manage warehouse organisation, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate freight and logistics requirements.
- Ensure efficient storage and movement of products and materials.
- Monitor stock levels and work with procurement teams to avoid shortages.
Production & Assembly Management
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Coordinate assembly and build processes for wastewater and modular products.
- Allocate production tasks and monitor workflow efficiency.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes and reduce waste.
- Assist with hands-on assembly and production work when required.
- Manage production timelines and communicate progress to management.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train and support warehouse and production staff.
- Promote a positive safety culture.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks and workflow planning meetings.
- Drive accountability, productivity and continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience managing inventory and warehouse systems.
- Ability to work in small team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Current forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
Highly Regarded
- Experience with assembly-based manufacturing or production environments.
- Understanding of build processes and workshop operations.
- Basic electrical experience or electrical trade background.
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence using hand and power tools.
- Experience in plumbing, water treatment, manufacturing, modular construction, RV, marine or related industries.
