About the role
As an Administration Assistant, this is your opportunity to provide essential administrative and customer service support that enhances community services and helps deliver The Salvation Army’s mission in Batemans Bay.
Reporting to the Corps Officer, this is a permanent, part-time role offering 15 hours a week, based in Batemans Bay, NSW.
How you will make an impact

Provide administration and office support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.

Coordinate communications, events, and community program administration.

Support financial processes, including expenses, donations, and reconciliations.

Maintain employee, volunteer, and facility records and documentation.

Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and mission-focused team environment.
What you will bring

Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience

Demonstrated administration and financial support experience, with strong computer skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, maintain confidentiality, and engage with diverse communities.

A national police record check is required

NSW Working With Children Check is required

Ability to work on site
