Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily business operations, workflows, and service coordination
- Support internal teams with planning, reporting, documentation, and process improvement
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, service partners, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor service quality, operational performance, schedules, and business updates
- Prepare reports, workflow records, meeting notes, and improvement recommendations
- Assist with staff coordination, task tracking, and administrative procedures
- Ensure operational activities follow company standards and business requirements
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in business operations, administration, client services, office management, or service coordination
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working in business services, professional services, or operational support is an advantage

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
