Supporting our Sydney office, Up Digital Art Studio (Aus) Pty Ltd , we are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Specialist to support the technical design, development, integration, and management of digital multimedia assets and platforms.
About the Role
The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining multimedia content and systems across digital platforms. This role requires strong technical capabilities in multimedia production, digital asset workflow management, and multimedia platform optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain multimedia content including video, animation, graphics, digital imagery, audio, and interactive media assets for client-facing and internal digital platforms.
- Integrate multimedia components including graphics, motion elements, sound, typography, and video into digital delivery environments including websites, client portals, online galleries, and social media channels.
- Configure and optimise multimedia outputs for cross-platform compatibility across desktop, mobile, web, and social media environments.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows including editing, motion graphics, colour management, audio synchronisation, rendering, compression, and delivery optimisation.
- Maintain and administer digital asset management systems, including structured storage, metadata organisation, file versioning, backup protocols, and archival procedures for multimedia assets.
- Test, review, and quality assure multimedia outputs to ensure technical accuracy, resolution compliance, playback integrity, and platform functionality.
- Research, evaluate, and implement emerging multimedia technologies, workflow automation tools, and AI-assisted production solutions to improve operational efficiency and digital delivery performance.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
- (Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.)
- Demonstrated experience in multimedia design, digital media production, multimedia systems integration, or related roles.
- Advanced technical proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Video encoding and compression workflows
- Motion graphics and digital post-production pipelines
- Digital asset management and cloud-based file systems
- Strong understanding of multimedia production workflows, digital publishing requirements, file formats, codecs, rendering pipelines, and web/social platform optimisation.
- Mandarin or Cantonese language capability is highly desirable due to the company’s multilingual client communications and digital content requirements.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating multimedia production, digital integration, and technical workflow management capabilities.How to Apply
