ABOUT LAUNDRY PROJECT
Laundry Project is a premium laundry and garment care company based in South Melbourne, servicing hospitality venues, wellness brands, fashion labels, retail stores, gyms, and premium clients across Melbourne.
We focus on quality, reliability, customer service, and operational excellence. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our production team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role working with premium garments, towels, uniforms, linen, and customer orders in a fast-paced production environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Laundry & Garment Care Team Member, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You will be part of a supportive team responsible for sorting, processing, folding, quality checking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Folding towels, linen, garments, and uniforms
- Sorting and processing customer orders
- Quality checking garments and completed orders
- Labelling and organising laundry bags
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Assisting with wash, dry, and finishing processes
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Working efficiently within a team environment
- Assisting with general production duties as required

- Experience working in fast-paced workplaces
- Experience with quality control or production processes
