About the Role:
As the Residential Retail Sales Manager – NSW, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strengthening Zip's position as the leading premium water solutions brand in Australia.
Working closely with key retail partners across NSW, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, delivering product training, maintaining premium in-store presentation, and identifying opportunities to grow market share and profitability.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and delivering outstanding commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive residential sales growth and achieve sales and margin targets across NSW.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store owners, managers, and sales teams.
- Conduct regular store visits, training sessions, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure premium in-store merchandising, displays, and brand presentation standards are maintained.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective retail accounts.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing valuable insights to the business.
- Develop business development plans for key retail accounts.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within Salesforce and OneForce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Represent Zip Water at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
About You:
- To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in retail, residential, or business development sales.
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is highly regarded.
