This is not a traditional property management role.
As our Head of Property Management Operations & Training, you'll lead operational excellence across a growing network of offices, partnering with Directors and senior leaders to develop our people, strengthen our systems and drive a culture of accountability, consistency and continuous improvement.

About the Opportunity
Based at our Support Centre, you'll work closely with the General Manager, CEO, Operations Manager, Directors and Rental Managers to provide strategic leadership across our Property Management division.
You'll be responsible for developing operational frameworks, driving compliance, leading training initiatives and ensuring every office delivers a consistent, market-leading customer experience.
This is a rare opportunity to influence the future direction of a growing business while mentoring and developing the next generation of property management professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching and operational direction to Rental Managers across the Reliance network.
- Establish best-practice operational standards across all offices.
- Drive consistency, accountability and performance throughout the Property Management division.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex tenancy, compliance and operational matters.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve operational systems, policies and procedures.
- Lead and enhance our PropertyMe, Inspection Express and associated technology platforms.
- Design, implement and deliver the Reliance Property Management Training Academy.
- Develop training resources, workshops, operational manuals and learning pathways.
- Define, develop, implement and continuously improve the Reliance Property Management Onboarding Program.
- Oversee mentoring and professional development of Property Management team members.
- Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery and client experience.
- Partner with Directors and senior leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the business.
About You
You're an experienced property management leader who enjoys improving businesses just as much as developing people.
You'll bring:
- Extensive Property Management experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation.
- Demonstrated success leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience improving operational systems, processes and business performance.
- Confidence managing change across multiple offices.
- Exceptional organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering training, coaching and presentations.
- Advanced experience with PropertyMe and modern property management platforms.
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent Licence.
