Job Title
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare, season and cook food in dining establishments.
Duties:
- Season and cook food according to recipes;
- Inspect food product for quality assurance;
- Keep kitchen clean and sanitary;
- Ensure portion size are correct;
- Prepare special dietary foods when necessary;
- Estimate costs involved in meals;
- Freeze and preserve food products;
- Follow OH&S and other hygiene regulations
Qualification Requirements:
- AQF Certificate IV
- 1-3 years of experience in related field
Salary:
- $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation
Employment conditions:
- Full Time
- 38 hours per week
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
