Orion Hotel is looking for a Casual Glassy / Bar Support Attendant to help keep its busy bars moving.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll clear tables, collect and wash glassware, help with deliveries and keep stock moving to the bars before anyone runs short.
Moving throughout the venue puts you in a strong position to notice when a customer needs attention, so RSA awareness and clear communication with management matter.

What You’ll Do
- Move through the venue collecting glassware and clearing tables quickly
- Take ownership of the glasswash area and return clean glassware to the right bars
- Help unload pallet deliveries and move cartons and stock safely into storage
- Restock bars, fridges and service areas before and during busy trade
- Clear empty bottles, rubbish, spills and broken glass safely
- Watch for signs of intoxication or unsafe behaviour and promptly alert management when someone may need attention
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone comfortable with physically active work, including regular walking, lifting and moving stock safely
- A reliable teammate who sees what needs doing and gets onto it
- Confidence moving safely through crowded areas during busy trade
- An observant team member who is confident speaking up when a customer may need attention
- Regular availability across nights and weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday nights
- A current Queensland RSA, or willingness to obtain one before starting
