Hi-Pac Constructions operate in the Sydney Metropolitan area and beyond, we have recently secured a high end residential project.
We are looking for a working Site Foreman on a permanent basis who is capable of delivering a project of this size.
You will be reporting directly to the Project Manager and you would be expected to take full responsibility for the project site requirements, including all, Site administration, OH&S requirements, QA and be responsible for your team.
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Proven experience delivering projects as a Site Manager
- Strong commercial background
- Able to manage a team
- Capable of assisting the Project Manager with programming
- Able to get the best out of your sub contractors
- Be a team player
- Safety Conscious
- Be able to use site management technology (Procore/Emails, etc)
- Self-driven
- Comfortable to jump on tools as required.

Pay: $135,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
