LearnCore Tutoring is an online education business providing premium academic support to students across NSW. We are currently seeking passionate, high-achieving university students and graduates to join our team as independent English tutors to help students master the high school curriculum.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $35.00 – $50.00 per hour, depending on experience and student milestones.
- Streamlined Admin (No Invoicing Required): You do not need to manually create or send weekly invoice sheets. Simply submit your student lesson reports online, and our system automatically handles payment summaries and weekly processing directly to you.
- Ultimate Flexibility: Hours are flexible (ranging from 2 to 10+ hours per week) and are coordinated around your university timetable and student matches.
- True Autonomy: As an independent contractor, you retain control over your teaching schedule, client volume, and performance structure, including standard delegation preferences.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality online English tutoring sessions tailored to high school students (ranging from junior levels to senior HSC preparation).
- Help students break down complex texts, refine their essay writing structure, improve analytical reading skills, and prepare for school assessments.
- Complete brief online lesson logs following each session to track student progress and seamlessly trigger your weekly payments.
What We Look For:
- Excellent communication skills and a deep, thorough understanding of high school English (experience with the NSW curriculum/HSC layout is highly preferred).
- Current university students or university graduates.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one before starting.
- A reliable internet connection, working webcam, and a quiet space to conduct online lessons.

Position Type:
Independent Contractor (ABN Required). Weekly payment terms based on completed lesson reporting.
