Gardener Wanted – Casual Position

Eminence Care is currently seeking a reliable and experienced gardener to assist our clients with general garden maintenance, respectfully and professionally.
About the Role:
You will be providing basic gardening services to clients in their private homes, supporting their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is self-motivated, and has a strong attention to detail.
Duties may include:
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Weeding and pruning
- General garden clean-up
- Green waste removal
- Light landscaping or planting (as needed)
Requirements:
- Previous gardening or landscaping experience preferred
- ABN and Public Liability Insurance (for contractors)
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transport and own equipment
- Respectful, friendly, and professional manner
- Ability to work independently
Bonus if you have:
- Experience working with elderly or NDIS clients
- Flexible availability
