We are a small, family-owned and operated early learning centre looking for an enthusiastic and reliable trainee to join our team. This is a full-time (38 hours per week) position where you'll earn while you learn and complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
About the Role
As a trainee, you'll be supported by experienced educators while gaining valuable hands-on experience caring for and educating children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
You'll learn how to:
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Support children's learning through play.
- Assist with daily routines including meals, rest and hygiene.
- Create engaging learning experiences.
- Work as part of a supportive and friendly team.
- Develop your skills while completing your nationally recognised qualification.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Passionate about working with children.
- Friendly, caring and enthusiastic.
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
- A great communicator and team player.
- Committed to completing a Certificate III traineeship.
