About the Role
You will provide person-centred support including:

Personal care
-
Community access & social support
-
Domestic assistance
-
Disability support
-
Mental health support
-
Promoting independence and achieving individual goals

What We’re Looking For:
To be considered, you must have:

Cert III (or IV) in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care
-
Current NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
-
Current First Aid & CPR
-
Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
-
Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
-
A genuine passion for person-centred care
Experience working in disability and/or mental health will be highly regarded.
