We have a part-time fixed term position available for a Procurement Officer to join our Finance team at West HQ. This role will be required from August 2026 to July 2027.
About the role:
Our Procurement Officers maintain the POS systems and database, control of inventory, marketing and general consumables while ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet the ongoing needs of the business and ensures wastage is minimised.
Key tasks include:

Reconcile supplier statements to Stock System

Process invoices according to company procedure

Create inventory items, products and recipes

Assist with monthly stocktake, data entry and analysis
About you:
You are helpful and outgoing with the ability to interact positively with supervisors and co-workers. You will have a solid understanding of business operations and the involvement of the Stock Control / Procurement team. A professional who can prioritise competing tasks and answer enquiries in a timely manner. In this position you will need to be a constructive team member but also be able to work effectively unsupervised. Attention to detail and accuracy is vital.
What do you need to be considered?

A sound understanding of procurement and inventory control and the associated accounting activities (desirable)

Sound oral and written communication skills

Advanced computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and inventory management applications

The ability to set work priorities and meet critical deadlines

Advanced computer literacy

Experience with SwiftPOS is advantageous but not essential
