The roster
You must be available for ongoing shifts across Tuesday to Sunday (We are open from 10am to 10pm) . (Some days include split-shift style coverage)
Pay
$28 - $40/hour depending on experience and section ability.
This is NOT a kitchen hand role
You will be cooking and running a section. You must be able to run grill/fry/prep under pressure.
You must have
- At least 1+ years of solid commercial kitchen experience (line/section work)
- Section discipline: speed + cleanliness + consistency
- Food safety habits (non-negotiable)
- Clear communication and calm under pressure
- Must be available for minimum 3 of the 4 days
