About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Analyst to join our Business Improvement team. This team plays a pivotal role in delivering critical projects and initiatives that support Kleenheat’s strategic objectives, drive customer experience, and enhance our value offering. Reporting to the Business Systems Technical Lead you will be responsible for supporting and delivering testing activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle. Key responsibilities
Develop and own test strategies and processes for Kleenheat Systems
Work with development, design and analysts teams to deliver high performing innovative solutions.
Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases for Kleenheat Systems
Perform manual and automated testing, including UAT coordination
Identify, log, and manage defects, risks, and issues
Validate data, business logic, and cross-platform performance
Maintain and execute automated tests at various stages of the solution lifecycle to ensure continuity of service.
Deliver clear test reports, metrics, and progress updates
Ensure adherence to testing standards and support production readiness
Coach team members and promote best testing practices
Follow HSE policies and contribute to a safe working environment
About you
Tertiary qualification in ICT or a related discipline and/or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a software testing role
Strong experience with testing tools, frameworks, and exposure to automation
Proven experience across SDLC and Agile delivery environments
Broad testing experience across business systems and online applications, including performance, load, and user experience testing
Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance test design, scripting, and defect analysis
Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and industry best practices
Excellent collaboration, communication and engagement skills with a customer-focused mindset
Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time management skills
Solution oriented and with an eye for detail.
Flexible and adaptable to manage multiple priorities to meet business needs.
