About the role:
We are looking for a passionate physiotherapist to work with a paediatric caseload, working within NDIS model of funding.
You will be surrounded by a supportive group of physiotherapists, including mentoring from our senior clinician physiotherapist with over 20 years' experience in paediatrics.
We are looking for an evidence-minded professional who is eager to self-reflect, adapt and grow with the most recent recommendations in paediatric physiotherapy. This includes working within models such as keyworker, routines-based and family-centred care.
We work both in the community and in our up-to-date clinic spaces. Includes opportunity to provide pilates-based intervention using our paediatric and adult reformers and utilise our modern gym facilities. Opportunities to expand and develop our current offerings - we are a regional partner of Freedom Wheels and provide specialised bike trials for clients in the Ballarat region.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for day-to-day clinical services within the Therapy, Education, and Support Services team.
Clinical service delivery under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Engage in and lead clinical work that is guided by evidence-based neuro-affirming practice
Develop and communicate ideas for innovation and improvement
Recognise and support cultural, spiritual and neurodiversity of customers
Ensure clear customer documentation
Work collaboratively, with enthusiasm, recognising contributions from all members of the team
Actively participate in the staff supervision process
For those with experience, an opportunity to support other staff
Participate in student placements
Be solution-focused, honest and responsive to new directions and program requirements
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Safety Screening, including WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check
