THE POSITION
- Prepare, cook and serve meals in line with procedures
- Apply catering control principles; food safety, waste minimisation and cleaning
- Responsible for maintaining food safety documents
- Stock control and rotation following site protocols
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
THE PERSON
- Knowledge of food hygiene & OH&S
- Excellent time management, organisational, communication skills
- Commitment to drive a positive and sustainable safety culture
- Holding or looking to obtain a certificate in commercial cookery
- Must be willing to provide a criminal history check if selected
