Full-Time Store Manager / Supervisor – Fast Food Retail

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager / Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced food retail environment and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role—you'll be actively involved in daily operations while managing the team and driving store performance.

Your Responsibilities
As our Store Manager / Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the store's day-to-day operations, including:
- Leading and participating in daily store operations and food preparation.
- Managing staff rosters and approving timesheets.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Training, coaching, and developing staff to company standards.
- Enforcing company policies, SOPs, food safety, and workplace procedures.
- Managing stock ordering, inventory, and reducing wastage.
- Building strong customer relationships and professionally resolving complaints.
- Maintaining a positive, productive, and high-performing team culture.
- Working with the business to achieve company goals and store performance targets.

What We're Looking For
- Previous hands-on experience in fast food or food retail management.
- Proven leadership experience supervising a team.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with rostering, timesheet approvals, and stock management.
- Confidence in hiring, training, and coaching team members.
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
