We’re looking for a confident and charismatic floor personality to join the team at The Fox Hole - a premium cocktail bar and dining venue in Sydney’s historic Rocks district.
This role is about far more than simply carrying plates and taking orders. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, loves interacting with guests and knows how to help create the kind of atmosphere people remember and return for.
Alongside nightly cocktail and dining service, The Fox Hole delivers spirit tastings, gin high tea experiences, five-course gin dinners, private events and seasonal activations including Vivid Sydney. You’ll work closely with our Sommelier, Gin & Whisky Experts & Customer Experience Supervisor to help deliver polished, engaging and memorable guest experiences across the venue.
The ideal candidate is warm, confident and energetic - someone who can comfortably chat with guests about food, wine, cocktails and experiences while still remaining calm, organised and highly effective during busy service periods.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hospitality or customer service experience
- Confident communication and guest interaction skills
- Someone with personality, warmth and professional presence
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Genuine interest in hospitality, wine, cocktails or premium guest experiences
- NSW RSA
Experience in premium hospitality venues, wine service or experience-led venues is highly regarded.
Casual role with strong opportunities for growth and development.
Pay: $32.31 – $46.82 per hour
