We are a busy, friendly neighborhood café looking for a reliable, energetic Full-Time fromt of house staff member to join our team. If you love great coffee, tasty bites, and helping guests feel at home, we’d love to hear from you.
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly, efficient service
Prepare and serve beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, specialty drinks, alcohol) and light food items
Answer questions about our menu and daily specials; make thoughtful recommendations
Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas; ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly
Handle cash/credit card transactions; process payments and provide accurate receipts
Assist in food prep and restocking as needed; monitor inventory and report shortages
Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service during peak times
Uphold health and safety standards and ensure a welcoming, positive guest experience
Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly, energetic, and guest-focused
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule
Physical ability to stand for long periods, routine cleaning
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Barista experience or knowledge of specialty coffee drinks
Knowledge of food safety and RSA required
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
