About the role
The Performance and Accreditation Senior Advisor is responsible for delivering and monitoring high-quality customer-focused services. The services align to business needs, policy and the standards for operational excellence in the department.

About you
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to ensure professional, efficient, and customer-focused interactions with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coordinate and prioritise performance and accreditation services while collaborating effectively across multiple teams and functional areas.
- Demonstrated experience in optimising operational processes and driving business outcomes to achieve team objectives within set timeframes and budget constraints.
- Excellent report writing and documentation skills to prepare high-quality briefs, correspondence, and reports for the Department and Government audiences.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide, advise, and develop staff, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and ongoing professional growth.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
