- Minimum 12 months hospitality experience required
Pizza Maker:
- Preparing and cooking pizzas as well as other menu items to order
- Ensuring all recipes are accurately followed
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Answering the phone, taking orders and processing payments
- Routine cleaning duties
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Supervisor:
- Responsible for efficiently running and controlling all elements of a fast-paced service
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Upholding operational and service procedures
- Establishing and maintaining outstanding relations with customers
- Handling customer queries and feedback
- Cash handling & reporting
- Strong communication skills, tact, and diplomacy
- Decision making and problem solving
- Ability to work well under pressure
