About the role:
Reporting to the Director Oral Heath Relationships, the Manager Operations Support leads the team responsible for the nurturing and development of Statewide partners to ensure they align with Department of Health and OHV strategic direction, ensuring services take full ownership of current opportunities and develop best practice strategies to meet the needs of their location and population
Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and provide direction to the Operational Support team(s) ensuring they understand and provide appropriate support and guidance to our service delivery partners.

Manage the monitoring of key metrics, undertaking audits and consultations with stakeholders to ensure compliance with program requirements.

Oversee and manage systems that monitor and report on the achievement of statewide key performance indicators, business goals and objectives, as they relate to oral health program service delivery.

Capture and report on risks, lessons learnt or areas for improvement.

Develop recommendations for Statewide oral health program delivery service

Nurture and develop relationships with key partner organisations statewide
About you:

Qualification in Health, Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Management or a related field.

At least 2 years leadership experience.

Knowledge of public health and government health service legislation, regulations and policies

Demonstrated experience in relationship building, collaborating and managing the expectations of key stakeholder groups while providing an outcome that benefits the organisation

Experience in gathering, analysing and interpreting information from a range of sources and a track record in identifying improvement opportunities and problem resolution
