JAC Civil is seeking an experienced Concreter with a strong background in civil construction and structural concreting for a permanent, full-time or casual role. Join a market leader in civil infrastructure, working with major clients such as Fraser Coast Regional Council and HQ Plantations.

As our Concreter, you will:
- Construct civil concrete structures including formwork, kerb and channel, slabs, footpaths, headwalls, and aprons
- Build to design levels and job specifications
- Read and interpret plans and drawings to deliver quality outcomes
- Operate plant and equipment as needed (holding internal competencies)
- Forecast, plan, and complete daily tasks with minimal supervision
- Use company tablets for online dockets, timesheets and daily diaries
- Work safely and contribute to JACC’s strong safety culture
- Mentor others, share experience and support the onsite team
- Certificate III in Concreting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ concreting or leading hand experience (civil preferred, non-mining)
- Proven ability to work independently and in teams
- Sound knowledge of formwork and finishing techniques
- Ability to meet project targets and production goals
- Current QLD driver’s licence (MR minimum)
- Construction White Card or willing to obtain
- Physically fit and able to work across various site conditions
