Support Workers Wanted – Subcontractors (NDIS)
We are a small, family-owned NDIS registered provider seeking experienced and qualified Support Workers to join our growing team as independent subcontractors.

About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing tailored support to NDIS participants in line with their individual goals
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Working collaboratively with participants, families, and our team
- Weekday shifts available from 3.30pm to 7.30pm
- Saturday shifts available from 1pm to 7pm
Rates
$37 – $52 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and level of support provided.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Valid ABN
- Current Public Liability Insurance
- Relevant experience and/or qualifications in disability support
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Rights to work in Australia
- A reliable, professional, and compassionate approach
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience providing person-centred support to participants living with autism and complex support needs
- A strong physical build
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
