About the role:
You will be the face of the hotel, greeting and serving guests in our food & beverage outlets, including our conference and events areas. Duties include setting up, clearing tables, taking orders, restocking breakfast dishes and cleaning of our hotel restaurant.
Hours of work:
Breakfast shift 6:30am-11:30am Monday- Sunday
Lunch shift 11:30am-1:30pm plus any conferencing needs, Monday to Friday only
Dinner shift 4:30pm-9:30pm Monday to Friday only
Must be available to work a variety of days and shifts.
Qualifications & experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts and flexibility with hours
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling
- Barista skills an advantage
- Hotel restaurant, café or restaurant experience required
