About the Role
- Processing and maintaining customer orders
- Providing quotes and follow ups
- Booking and monitoring freight
- General administration duties around the office, also maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented office environment.
- Providing advice and information on products
- Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
- Police check will be required

- Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must, experience with MYOB will be a bonus
- General machinery knowledge would be a bonus
- Strong communication skills and a team-player
- Confidence using a Point of Sale (POS) system, or the ability to quickly learn new computer systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
