Crate Preparation & Cleaning Team Member
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team member to join our team. This role is responsible for keeping our storage area clean, organised, and well-stocked while preparing crates of smashable items for customer sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer crates with smashable items.
- Move and organise stock throughout the venue.
- Safely lift and carry items weighing up to 15kg.
- Fill boxes and crates with the required items.
- Fold and stack empty cardboard boxes.
- Sweep and maintain a clean and tidy storage area.
- Complete general cleaning duties, including:
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Emptying rubbish bins at the end of each shift.
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised.
Training
Full training will be provided. Once training is complete, you will be expected to work independently and manage your tasks efficiently.
Availability Required
Preferred availability:
- Monday ( Day time )
- Thursday ( Day time)
- Friday ( Day time )
- Saturday ( Day time )
Performance Expectations
- Typical shift length: 4 hours x 4 days total 16 hours
- Expected productivity: Prepare a minimum of 20 crates per hour
- Completed crates must be stacked neatly in the designated storage area.
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 15kg.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organisation.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Previous warehouse, retail, or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: Up to $26.44 per hour
