Gilani Engineering is a leading Australian manufacturer specializing in vehicle modifications, accessibility solutions, and custom engineering services. We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & SEO Officer with strong sales and business development experience to help grow our brand, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility.
- Manage and update the company website through WordPress.
- Manage Google Ads, social media campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through digital marketing and outbound activities.
- Support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities and customer prospects.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare marketing and sales reports for management.
- Assist with quotation follow-ups, customer communications, and lead tracking.
- Coordinate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Marketing, SEO, Digital Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven experience generating leads and supporting sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress website management.
- Experience using Xero CRM/Accounting software or similar business management systems.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve marketing and sales targets.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial industries.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
- Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation tools.
- Experience creating photo and video content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Understanding of customer journey, conversion optimization, and lead nurturing.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
