The Role
In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You’ll ensure our stock flows smoothly from the delivery truck to the shelves, and accurately out to our customers.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Inventory Control: Managing incoming stock, checking deliveries for accuracy, and reporting any discrepancies.
- Fulfillment: Precision pick-packing of customer orders to ensure high-quality presentation and accuracy.
- Machinery & Tools: Operating forklifts safely and utilizing pallet jacks to move and organize stock efficiently.
- Logistics Support: Lifting, stacking, and organizing boxes to maintain a safe, clean, and highly organized warehouse environment.
- Team Collaboration: Following clear operational instructions while working closely with management to hit daily targets.
What We Are Looking For
We need a reliable team player who takes pride in their work. To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Experience: Proven prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Licensing: A current, valid Forklift Licence (with confident operating skills).
- Communication: Fluency in reading and writing English to accurately check manifests, labels, and system instructions.
- Capability: Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks.
- Mindset: A positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow instructions flawlessly, and a genuine desire to grow with our company.
