The position oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Residential Building Management, working closely with teams to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service delivery.
We are seeking a proactive Duty Manager to support the daily operations of our 40-level property, consisting of serviced apartments and residential units. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high service standards and a safe, well-maintained environment for guests, residents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across Front Office (GSA), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Building Management
- Ensure excellent guest and resident service, resolving requests and concerns promptly and professionally
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support to staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness throughout the property
- Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and facility requirements
- Assist with operational planning, cost control, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or property operations, ideally in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Good administrative and computer skills
