What you'll be doing
As Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of the venue. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working alongside our chefs to develop innovative and commercially successful menus.
- Leading the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional service and a seamless guest experience.
- Planning and coordinating events and functions, including weddings and regional food and wine events.
- Managing budgets, purchasing, and pricing to maximise profitability.
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Overseeing daily financial reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensuring the restaurant operates safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Maintaining compliance with all health and safety requirements.
- Recruiting, training, mentoring, and supporting team members.
- Creating a positive workplace culture where people enjoy coming to work.
- Welcoming guests, managing reservations, and assisting with service whenever required.

What we offer
- Full-time position (average 38 hours per week).
- Salary of $75,000–$80,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on experience.
