What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You bring current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, reflecting your commitment to professional standards and safe practice. You demonstrate strong nursing skills and clinical knowledge relevant to both outpatient and acute hospital settings, allowing you to deliver high‑quality care across diverse patient presentations.
You apply well‑developed clinical problem‑solving skills to maximise patient outcomes, responding to changing needs with sound judgement and a patient‑centred approach. Your communication is consistently effective, supported by your confident use of information technology and your clear written, verbal and interpersonal skills, all of which contribute to safe and coordinated care.
You plan and coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary team, working collaboratively to deliver outcome‑focused interventions and ensure continuity for patients. You participate reliably in a seven‑day rotating roster, including public holidays and night duty, demonstrating flexibility, resilience and a strong commitment to service delivery.
You present as a capable, adaptable and professional nurse who contributes positively to patient care and team performance in dynamic clinical environments.
