You will be joining a friendly team keeping orders, stock and supplier follow-ups on track. It is a busy, operational practical role in which being organised, accurate and reliable matters.
Each day you can expect to :
- Raise and follow up purchase orders
- Monitor stock levels and review reports
- Order and source parts from suppliers
- Chase order updates, confirming delivery timeframes
- Support internal teams with parts and stock requests
- Update records, keeping information accurate
- Assist with invoices, pricing and new part setup
- Manage requests through a shared inbox
Experience in the following areas would be beneficial, but not essential :
- Purchasing administration
- Inventory or stock control
- Spare parts coordination
- Service administration
- Order processing
- Logistics administration
- Repairs or supplier coordination
Full training will be provided on the company’s systems and processes.

About you
You are organised, pay attention to detail, and know your way around Excel and office systems. You follow up with suppliers, keep track of open orders, and ask questions when needed. You must have full Australian working rights and be able to commute to Belrose reliably from Monday to Friday.
