About the role
This role puts you at the centre of the customer experience, connecting people with the right services and support at every stage of their journey with Peter Warren Automotive.
Day to day, you will be involved in:
- Managing inbound and outbound customer calls to book service appointments, giving you direct influence over the customer experience from the very first contact
- Following up with customers after their vehicle service to check satisfaction and build genuine, lasting relationships
- Working with the service and sales teams to coordinate bookings and ensure customers are kept informed throughout their visit
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional services that genuinely benefit the customer, developing your product knowledge along the way
- Maintaining accurate records in the dealership management system, building skills in a leading automotive platform
- Contributing to a team that collectively shapes how thousands of customers feel about their experience with one of Australia's largest dealer groups
