Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Kitchen Leadership: Take full control of daily kitchen operations and lead the team.
- Inventory Control: Management of ordering, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
- Food Safety: Ensure strict compliance with food safety management and hygiene standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of dish presentation, flavor, and consistency.
- Time Management: Excel at timely management of prep and high-pressure service.
