Tonic is locate in the historical village of Millthorpe - just 3 hours from Sydney in the gastronomic heartland of the Central West.
Our culinary team creatively works together to showcase the best from local producers. Over the last 23 years the restaurant has gained a regular customer following from all over New South Wales.
The successful chef will work and report directly to the owner & Chef Tony Worland, who has worked with renowned chefs Matt Moran, Michael Manners, and Gordon Ramsay.
What We Are Looking For
- A genuine passion for gastronomy and the art and flair for creating unique and memorable dining experiences.
- 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice
- Trade qualifications with previous experience.
- Working understanding of food safety standards and HACCP.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral.
- A professional appearance and friendly demeanour that will represent our brand well.
