What would I be doing?
Effectively lead administration teams across south Brisbane, Logan, Redlands, Ipswich & Toowoomba and support the needs of service delivery teams throughout this region. Act as the key communication link between central and regional teams while supporting continuous improvement in business performance and the achievement of the organisation’s vision and purpose.
This could include:

Lead, support, and develop various administration teams across the region to ensure the effective operation of services and sites.
- Implement and follow established administrative processes while helping to identify better ways of working.
- Oversee financial task completion including budgeting, purchasing, invoicing, data analysis, and various accountability requirements.
- Ensure client reporting and funding requirements are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist Regional & Area Managers with various financial, budgetary and business support functions.
- Liaise with internal teams as required such as centralised finance, claiming and fleet.

Oversee management of local office supplies, equipment and organisational assets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.

Travel between sites as required.

Carry out other duties as required by the Regional Leadership or Business Insights teams.

What you’ll need

Experience in office-based administration.

Experience in financial management including accounting, budgeting, and expenditure monitoring skills.
- Experience in training and leading a team of administrative staff.
- A level of comfort within an environment that brings plenty of change.
- Advanced skills in computer software applications, systems and technologies.
- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service with an internal focus.
- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
- Great listening and respectful communication skills.
