Position Title: Territory Sales Manager QLD
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Primary focus on establishing, building and nurturing end-user relationships in order to grow sales within the Metro Brisbane and South West territory while also managing and working in collaboration with our distributor network.

Directly assess, analyse, prioritise, plan and execute Ansell's Industrial end-user business within Metro Brisbane and South West in order to achieve defined business and share of sector objectives.

Primary focus on Industrial verticals such as Manufacturing, Food, Machinery and Equipment, Mining and Construction.

Execute the Channel Management Program on a Regional/State level as required with Premium and Preferred Distributor partners.

Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and profile at site and regional decision-making levels.

Ensure Ansell is business-ready to maximise existing contract renewals and formulate pricing strategies and positioning for regional accounts.

Identify and prioritise new business and business growth opportunities.

Plan effective joint end-user engagement strategies with Distributor teams to ensure risks to business substitution or loss are averted.

Accurately and promptly utilise Ansell selling technologies for reporting, lead generation, and conversion tracking.

Prepare a territory-wide end-user call cycle plan for quarterly cycling, working closely with the Brisbane-based Senior Territory Sales Manager.

Continuously gather, summarise and share business intelligence, including:

Competitive activities and initiatives

Insights generated from site-level contacts, regional decision-makers, distributors, and industry bodies

Represent Ansell effectively at local territory trade shows, exhibitions, industry forums, and reseller networks.
Education-
Preferably an undergraduate degree in Business or a related field.
Job Experience-
At least 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.

Demonstrated selling/channel experience in the Industrial sector (preferred).

Demonstrated experience in consultative selling methodologies and approaches.

Knowledge of industrial distribution networks is advantageous.

Existing industry, end-user, and reseller networks are advantageous.

Sound analytical skills, including gathering data from multiple sources and deriving meaningful insights.

Budgeting and reporting skills, including monitoring performance, identifying key issues and implementing corrective strategies.

Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

Effective presentation skills.
