The award winning BMD Northcliffe Surf Club is looking for an EXPERIENCED Barista to join our team. Experience in coffee making is essential.
We are looking for people with experience in the hospitality industry with specific skills in making amazing coffee!
Applicants should only apply if you fit the following criteria:
- A minimum of 6 months experience as a barista
- Ability to dial in a grinder, identify and manipulate extraction times
- Fantastic customer service skills and work ethic - when not working as barista you will be a member of our front of house team
- Be available for weekdays, weekends and school holidays as required
- Thrive on working in a fast paced environment
- Have a welcoming and positive personality that is hospitality focused
- Experience in Clubs advantageous
- Hold a current QLD RSA
