ABOUT YOU
You are a confident and approachable leader who enjoys mentoring educators, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes for children and families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Centre Director with day-to-day operations.

Lead the service in the Director's absence.

Coach and mentor educators.
-
Maintain compliance with the National Quality Framework.

Build strong relationships with families and the community.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
-
Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia -
Leadership experience in Long Day Care.
