Role Purpose
The Partnerships Manager will manage and deliver best-in-class partnerships that strengthen relationships with TFC’s corporate partners, maximise value and showcase the Club’s bold, purpose-led vision. You’ll ensure every partnership is activated and executed seamlessly, aligned with both the Club’s and partners’ objectives, playing a key role in building long-term relationships that drive commercial outcomes and contribute to TFC’s impact across Tasmania. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnership Management & Activation
- Act as the key relationship manager for assigned partners, ensuring their objectives are understood and consistently delivered
- Develop and deliver activation plans that bring partnership benefits to life across game day, digital, community and media touchpoints
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of partnership entitlements, including signage, hospitality, digital content, player appearances and community initiatives
Relationship & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with local and national partners across diverse industries
- Represent the Club professionally with external stakeholders, positioning TFC as a trusted and innovative partner
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Membership, Community, Football and Corporate Development to ensure activations are integrated and impactful
Purpose, Reporting & Operations
- Champion partnerships that align with the Club’s purpose and values, embedding inclusivity, authenticity and innovation in every activation
- Track, measure and report on partnership performance, demonstrating clear ROI and value
- Maintain accurate partnership records and pipeline tracking through CRM systems, and manage budgets associated with partnership servicing
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in account management, partnerships, sponsorship or client servicing, ideally within sport, media, entertainment or major events
- Proven track record managing and growing corporate partnerships, delivering strong client outcomes
- Experience contributing to partnership strategies, activation plans, reporting and renewal recommendations
- Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships, activations and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of partnership value, brand alignment and objectives
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Experience managing events, hospitality or partner activations is highly regarded
- A qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Sports Management or similar is desirable, along with a Working with Vulnerable People Check (or the ability to obtain one)

- Full-time, permanent, based in Hobart, reporting to the Head of Partnerships
- Some out-of-hours work and travel required, including match days and partner events
