A leading premium personal watercraft dealership is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This role is suited to an ambitious salesperson who enjoys working with customers, has a passion for achieving targets, and wants to build a rewarding career within a high-performance dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to delivery.
- Generate and follow up sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present products professionally and confidently.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Promote accessories, upgrades and related products.
- Maintain showroom presentation and inventory displays.
- Assist with dealership events, promotions and marketing activities.
- Participate in content creation for social media, including videos, customer deliveries and promotional campaigns.
Essential Requirements
- Previous sales experience with a proven record of achieving results.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence in negotiating and closing sales.
- Highly motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable appearing in social media and marketing content.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marine, automotive, motorcycle, powersports or other high-value retail sales environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of personal watercraft and boating products is desirable but not essential.
Pay: $24.95 – $41.25 per hour
