Experienced Full Time Restaurant All Rounder

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Restaurant All Rounder to join our team at our Brighton Le Sands store.
This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment and is confident working across both customer service and kitchen operations.
The Role
You will be involved in a range of duties, including:
* Customer service and taking orders
* Charcoal cooking
* Making wraps
* Fryer and grill cooking
* General food preparation
* Supporting the team across daily store operations
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a busy restaurant or takeaway environment
* Confident with charcoal, grill and fryer cooking
* Experience preparing wraps and other fast paced food items
* Strong customer service skills and fluent English
* Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
* Available to work 4 or 5 days per week
