We’re seeking a warm, organised Clinic Concierge / Medical Receptionist to join our Towoomba team. In this role, you’ll greet patients, coordinate appointments, manage records, and support daily clinic operations. As the first point of contact, you’ll set the tone for a calm, professional and welcoming patient experience.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Answer calls and respond to patient enquiries
- Verify patient details and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
What You Bring

2–3 years of customer service experience
- Medical or clinic experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across phone, computer and in‑person interactions
- Strong computer proficiency, ideally with Google Suite
- Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods while supporting store operations
