Job Responsibilities:
- Perform powder coating on a variety of metal components
- Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Apply powder coatings with precision and consistency
- Ensure high-quality finishes that meet company standards
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment
- Monitor curing ovens to ensure proper coating adhesion
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Sandblasting experience highly regarded
- Forklift ticket highly regarded
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Powder Coater (essential)
- Familiarity with powder coating equipment and processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
