The role
Reporting to the Change Delivery Manager, the Project Coordinator will support the Claims & Assessing teams through the management of change initiatives utilising project and change management principles, as well as providing advice and support.
This should all be done whilst ensuring they maintain a focus on delivering exceptional service to our internal customers.
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and benefits for projects.
You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation, minutes and action notes from project meetings.
This is an entry-level role that will be suitable for someone pursuing a career path to Project Management and Initiative Delivery.
What you’ll be doing

Scheduling tasks and managing resources.

Quality assurance and document control.

Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Co-ordinating project meetings and video conferences as requested, taking minutes and managing action registers for each meeting.

Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.

Champion a culture of risk and compliance across the division

Maintain awareness, understanding and compliance with Company policies and procedures, including the on-time completion of mandatory training.
What experience you’ll bring

Insurance Industry experience (desirable).

Experience in project coordination role (desirable).

As a Team Player demonstrated ability to work as part of a Team and drive project deliverables and outcomes.

Planning and analysis experience.

Have a bias for problem-solving and drive a sense of urgency.

Good communication and verbal skills.

Accuracy, attention to detail and highly organised.

Well developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations to operate in the FSR environment.
