United by our Christian purpose and values, we advocate for a fairer Australia, to meet the growing needs of people across the country. Together we’re building hope and possibility for all.
Your Opportunity
This is an opportunity to lead with purpose in communities where connection, trust and consistency truly matter. Based in Geraldton, this is an on-site position where your presence and leadership will directly support teams, strengthen relationships and help shape meaningful outcomes across the Gascoyne and Pilbara regions.
You will step into a role that is both complex and deeply rewarding, leading services that support people through real life challenges while ensuring programs are practical, responsive and culturally informed. Each day, you will work alongside dedicated teams across Geraldton, Carnarvon, Meekatharra, Karratha and Port Hedland, creating a sense of unity across distance and ensuring every service feels connected to a shared purpose.
At its heart, this role is about people. It is about empowering your leaders, supporting your teams, and building strong partnerships with community, government and Aboriginal organisations so services are not only delivered, but felt. As part of the senior leadership team, you will also contribute to shaping the future of service delivery in the region, balancing operational excellence with a clear vision for growth, sustainability and community impact.

-
Build a positive, high-performing culture focused on accountability, feedback and continuous improvement.
-
Actively participate in at least two committees or membership bodies within the area to strengthen relationships with community partners, government and funding bodies.
-
Monitor program outcomes, analyse performance data and implement improvement strategies.
-
Contribute to local service strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
-
Represent Mission Australia within the region, enhancing visibility and impact.
